My name is Nilay
As a certified Mindful Coach for mental health and mindfulness,
my mission is to guide people in finding their inner balance – and maintaining it sustainably, even when life gets hectic.
After years of navigating between achievement, expectations, and inner restlessness, I realized:
True strength comes not from control, but from clarity.
Not from perfection, but from awareness.
